We report two patients with leukemia who underwent successful allogeneic marrow transplantation from donors with hematologic malignancies. A patient with acute myeloid leukemia underwent allogeneic bone marrow transplantation procedure from his HLA-compatible sibling, who had chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Similarly, another patient with chronic myeloid leukemia underwent allogeneic transplantation from his HLA-matched sister, who had a past history of Hodgkinís disease. Both recipients continue to do well at +92 and +80 months, respectively. Both patients have normal trilineage hematopoiesis without any signs of donor-related malignancies at present.
