Summary
A 22 year-old woman complaining of a mass on her vuIva consulted her physician because the mass was enlarging gradually in the previous three months. The histopathologic diagnosis was ‘benign phyllodes tumor in aberrant breast tissue of the vulva’ and a few fibroadenomatoid nodules were also recognized in the neighbourhood of the main lesion. Aberrant breast tissue is rare in the vulva but this tissue is subject to a variety of benign and malignant lesions although a limited number of cases are found in the literature.
